“I was told I needed to book a room because I had 2 small kennel jack Russell’s. They tooked 1 hour in half to find me a room in there computer. Would not let me use my debit visa because it was virtual on my phone for check in for the deposit but allow my sister in law to send an authorization by email which I could of done in the same way. This was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. They explained I needed to change rooms because of some cleaning reasons. The room they gave us was...
